Everything accounting needs

Accounting you can rely onRight from the source

Less re-keying, fewer errors, and a faster close every month.

Keep your existing chart of accounts — no starting over

Set up your company's full chart of accounts yourself, then map it to the system's main account codes, with account names in both Thai and English held in the same chart.

Define the account pairs for each document yourself

Define which accounts each document type debits and credits, and which field on the document the amount comes from, so the system posts every document for you from the first day you go live.

A migration from your old software that really works

Upload opening balances in bulk with a field for the old system's account codes, so you can reconcile every line against your previous accounting software before going live.

Monthly period lock

As soon as you close a month, you can lock it. Documents of every type can no longer be edited retroactively until an authorized user unlocks the period, so the figures you sent to your auditor do not change.

A full set of reports for closing the books

Trial balance, journals, outstanding AR and AP balances, depreciation, and withholding tax deducted — filter by period and Cost Center, then print or export to Excel.

Close the year with the year-end journal (YJ)

The system prepares the closing entries that transfer revenue and expenses into retained earnings (accumulated profit or loss) automatically — all you have to do is check them and save. All 6 types of special journals are included.

One connected flow

From document to financial statements
Not a single entry keyed twice

Every document created in the system flows into the accounts on its own. All that is left is the review before you close the books.

Daily documents post themselves

Sales documents, purchase documents, tax invoices, and cash receipts and payments create double-entry records immediately.

Review the trial balance by account

Review the closing balance of every account in the chart as of the period-end date, and drill down to the individual document.

Reconcile before closing the books

Reconcile bank balances, outstanding AR and AP, and fixed assets against the depreciation report.

Financial statements and period lock

Run the income statement and statement of financial position, then lock the periods you have closed.

See it in action

A trial balance you can trace backBack to the source

Drill from the trial balance down to the individual document, filtered by period and Cost Center.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions aboutAccounting features

Does it post to the accounts automatically without re-keying?
Every time you issue an invoice, a tax invoice, or receive a payment, the system records the accounting entry and output VAT automatically according to the chart of accounts you set up. There is no need to open the accounting screen and key it in again.
Can I set up my own chart of accounts?
You can set them all up yourself to match your company's account structure. Each chart of accounts entry must be mapped to the system's main account codes in full at setup, because that mapping is what lets the financial statements pull the right balances. If the mapping is incomplete, the financial statements will not show the full chart of accounts.
Does it support multiple companies in one system?
Yes. Multiple companies and multiple branches are supported in one system. Each company can define its own chart of accounts, and every accounting report can be viewed by individual branch or across all branches.
How do I migrate from my current accounting software?
Once you have closed the period in your old system, bring the closing balances across as starting balances in the opening balances menu. You can upload them in bulk through the master data upload menu, and every line has an “old account code” field that references back to the old system, so you can reconcile the balances before going live. Nested's CPA team reviews this step with you from day one.
