Everything sales needs

Every step of the sales processin one system

From quoting the customer to money in the bank, with no screen switching and no rekeying.

Stock reserved the moment a sales order is issued

Issue an SO and the system immediately reserves the goods from the selected warehouse, so the same item is never sold twice, then deducts actual stock on delivery.

Installments and deposits, starting from the quotation

Specify which installment is the deposit and which is collected on delivery, issue an advance income document (AI), and the system spreads and deducts the deposit according to the quantity delivered.

Retention calculated and release dates tracked for you

Tick Ret. and the system calculates the retention amount from the pre-VAT total using that customer's percentage, with a clearly stated release date and a retention table showing the PO number and Cost Center.

A billing cycle for each customer

Set a billing cycle per customer, for example the 10th and the 25th of each month. The system rolls forward to the next cycle automatically once the date passes, and you can filter for invoices that have not been billed yet.

Tax invoice and e-Tax in a single document

Issue the tax invoice together with the delivery note, submit e-Tax automatically at the scheduled time, email it to the customer and keep a copy in the cloud.

Project costing from the SO number

Let the system create a Cost Center from the sales order number automatically, then match it to the purchasing documents to see the cost and profit of each job.

One connected flow

From the quotationto money in the bank in 4 steps

Every step is linked automatically. Confirm once and the system handles the rest.

Stock reservationSales and inventory connected together

Every time a sales order is issued, the system immediately reserves stock from the selected warehouse, so you can be confident you are only selling what you actually have.

The sales order (SO) screen in Nested, showing customer details, payment terms and line items with the reserved warehouse

Every time a sales order (SO) is issued, the system automatically reserves stock from the selected warehouse, preventing you from selling more than each branch actually has.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions aboutSales features

Can I issue electronic tax invoices (e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt)
Yes. The system issues full-form tax invoices and supports direct submission to the Revenue Department's e-Tax Invoice system, so there is no need to duplicate documents in two systems.
Does it post to the accounts automatically without re-keying?
Every time you issue an invoice, a tax invoice, or receive a payment, the system records the accounting entry and output VAT automatically according to the chart of accounts you set up. There is no need to open the accounting screen and key it in again.
Can a sales order be edited or canceled after the invoice has been issued
Yes, but you must cancel the downstream documents first, in order, and if the accounting period is already locked you must unlock it first so that figures in a closed period do not change retroactively. If only the chart of accounts needs correcting, anyone with rights to edit accounting entries can do it directly without canceling any documents.
How much detail can I see on each customer's outstanding balance
You can see both the total and a breakdown by aging (0-30 / 31-60 / 61-90 / 90+ days), and filter to review each customer's transaction history and outstanding balance.
What should I do if a tax invoice is issued with the wrong details, such as the customer's name or address
Use Reissue to issue a replacement tax invoice for the original without affecting the taxable amount. For paper tax invoices you must retrieve the original from the customer and keep the original date; for e-Tax Invoices you do not need to retrieve the original and you use a new date. If the quantity or price is wrong, correct it with a debit note (DN) or credit note (CN) instead.
